COMMUNICATION IS A VIRUS - Research - Charity shops

We decided it would be a good idea to get some primary research by visiting and finding the charity shops within the city centre. We found just four, but asked some of the workers a few questions to find out a bit more about the store.








Scope - The headrow, opposite primark
Opening hours - Monday - Saturday 9 - 5, 11 - 4:30 Sunday
Vintage section
Items sold - Shoes, clothes, bags, new items, baby stuff, homeware, linen, books and music.

Customers: Of any any, old to young
Most popular item sold: Clothes
Cause: Cerebal palsy
Dont sell: Electrical items
Donators: Varies in age

RSPCA (near to british heart foundation)
Opening hours: Monday - Saturday 9 - 5pm, Sunday 11 - 4
Items sold: Furniture, clothes, brick a brack

British heart foundation (opposite market)
opening hours: 9 - 5:30 mon - sat, Sun 11 - 4

Friends of city variety (Headrow, next door to forbidden planet, opposite Akbar)
