Some instances, health benefits, negatives and positives about the food you can and can't eat, which stores are best for product range and which are best priced, recipes which can create your once loved meals, and doing several taste tests in which those without an intolerant can expose their opinions of the food.
There's some stats and figures I will need to research, and some I have ready to use. I'm going to start by using some research already done...
- 1 in 3 people suffer from an allergy at some point in their lives.
- Allergic parents are likely to have allergic children and are likely to be more severe than if they have non-allergic parents.
- Waitrose has 429 free from products in it's range (The most out of most stores)
- Tesco has just 58 free form products
- Asda has 250 free from products in its range
- Sainsburys has 148 free from products in its range
- Waitrose has more products for a combination of food intolerance's than just one or two.
- Sainsbury website contains a list of all its food products showing what the products free from.
- Sainsburys website has very useful information about its free from products
