Text Wrapping: Property of frame, which type is going to wrap around. Short cut, next to opacity bar. When text runs up to edge of image:
Before:
Window > Text wrap > Change settings to offset text from around frame.
Text wrapping makes arrangement of images easier.
After:
Images: Wrap around object shape, alpha channel = Transparency
Replicate a current magazine spread to its exact proportions
Centring vertically
Select text frame > object > Text frame options >
Can divide text frame into columns
Align > Centre
Inset spacing = similar to text wrap, giving space around edge.
Options > multiply > saves editing single images, removing background which needs to be removed.
The final outcome:
