After we had our results, we decided motivational phrases would be good place to start. I found a few online, the good thing with these; they weren't specific to a particular flaw, but to life in general:
  • Health is not value'd till sickness comes
  • Attention to health is lifes greatest hinderence
  • There are no shortcuts to any place worth going
  • Nothing will work unless you do
I started designing some hand drawn, motivational typography posters:

As a group we decided it would be a good idea to come up with motivational packs, as from the research done, we found the main catergoies were, to learn a new language, to eat healthier and to get fit.
Healthy eating pack could consist of:
  • Recipes (cheap, think target audience)
  • Meal plans
  • Benifits
  • stats about unhealthy food
Fitness pack could include:
  • Map of gyms, leisure centres
  • Price guides on places
  • Fitness plan
Learn a new language pack could consist of:
  • Stickers of specific language to stick on objects around home
  • Poster
We each decided to go away, each with a specific area to design a poster for. Mine being language. We decided on posters for now, as we weren't too sure how the packs would work.
