COMMUNICATION IS A VIRUS

The brief:

You have been given a task, You are required to produce a graphics response that engages with a specific audience. Your response should consider the context and environment in which you aim for it to be delivered. You will need to identify this as part of your initial concept proposal.

Background:

What do you want to say?
How do you intend to say it?
What language would be appropriate?

Will the content be communicated primarily through type or image?
If is it both what is the relationship between the two?

What are you aiming to achieve?
Are you directing your audience to a website, encouraging them to attend an event?
Will it be interactive or encouraging them to change their lifestyle?

A limited colour pallet, two colour plus stock, will allow for reproduction of your designs across a range of media.

Deliverables
Design appropriate sheets.
Concept/proposal appropriate to your idea.
3x A2 presentation boards identifying:
Concept
Content
Method of delivery

Studio deadline

Pitch 11th March
Final crit 25th March

We were given a list of problems to communicate which are as follows:

1. Get people to try something new.
2. Get people to tallk and to communicate more.
3. Get people to read more.
4. Get people to give more.
5. Get people to tell the truth more.
6. Tell a lie convincingly.
7. Get people to use public transport more.
8. Get people to recycle more.
9. Get people to use their vehicles more responsibly.
10. Get people to live healthier lives.
