Setting up for printers
Individual printers have different specifications - Press quality may not work best with them.
Some printers may provide you with a preset
Save PDF > presets available in menu 'Press quality' > change settings accordingly
Window > Background tasks
When exporting as PDF this is where you see processing
Useful for trouble shooting when PDF is being processes
Print > Printer > Postscript file
PPD Post script printer description > 9040 B&W or > 5550 Colour or Adobe PDF 9.0 (at uni only)
Paper Size > determined by printer.

Print booklet option reorders pages for saddlestitch
May need to save to PDF reordered pages to take to printers

place document you want many of onto larger document (A2 for instance)
Edit > Step and repeat
To print double sided, centre content.
Can place indesign file > makes objects editable

Bleed needs to be included > bleed bounding box
No where to add crop marks - PDF file will do this
Manually need to add crops marks to indesign placed file
File > document setup > add slug options
Add guides and use line tool to create crop marks
