So after my screen printing fiasco I decided to start from fresh, getting a larger screen, re-cleaning, exposing and printing. It worked a treat. I screen printed straight onto pre cut mount board, firstly starting with black. The print workshop from 1st year reminded me to tape guides onto the bed as to where to lay my stock, so everything was aligned correctly when printed.
I did the same when printing the gold, this more carefully as it was a very tight, specific space I had to get it throigh. I was really pleased with the final outcome. I intend on printing the back out separately on a quality white stock, to duplex on the back.
