ADDITIONAL RESEARCH PROPOSED
- Find how menu's tell of these allergies and how effective / un-effective they are.
- Research more on menu design
- Find out when 'free from' range started
- Seafood allergies and symptoms
- Write about own experience
- More photographs of food packaging or free from meal prepared.
ISSUES RAISED

ACTION TO BE TAKEN
-Look at logo's, recipe books
- Create a menu for yourself for a restaurant - 'tgi experience' so people with allergies find an option
- Mail shot with recipes etc for other people with allergies (Like a starter pack)
