BOOK DESIGN

Here are my first initial designs for the cover page, and key insert. Taking into consideration, the BOOKMAKING techniques, I needed to allow space for stitching. Colour choice was down to the stores overall branding, and the consistent use of purple in free from products across many stores. I decided on the shape of a square as a rectangular shape would have connoted recipe book.
