I realised a lot of my storyboards included the slicing of fruit, so I felt it would be best to create some animations to do so, using smaller compositions would make creating my animation to be much easier. These do need touching up as timing is an issue, and the legibility, it doesn't quite look like the knife is innfact cutting the fruit.
