Other - it wouldn't get passed legally as someone has to serve a customer alcohol and they retain the right to refuse someone if they are too drunk or disorderly. Also there would be no way of checking if the person is of age
The idea would be a bouncer would be present at all times to check IDs if needed, and to refuse a sale.
